"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called Access Garage Doors and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called Access Garage Doors and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Tallahassee."
"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. Access Garage Doors diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."

If you have been frustrated by contractors quoting low over the phone only to double the price once your car is already trapped, our certified specialists walk you through every dollar on your estimate without technical jargon or pressure using factory-sealed commercial replacement components with zero inflated middleman markup, leaving you with a crystal-clear digital receipt, full part warranty certificates, and complete peace of mind.
Permanent reliability begins when Access Garage Doors strips away weak factory hardware and rebuilds the lifting assembly to commercial specifications. This completely resolves cheap stamped-sheet metal hinges fatiguing and causing your overhead panels to shudder and groan through heavy-duty 11-gauge graduated end stiles and tamper-resistant bottom corner safety fixtures, giving you the lasting confidence of an over-engineered mechanical system that outlasts your mortgage.
When tired, yellowing sectional panels that make an otherwise beautiful home look dated from the curb detracts from your property value, our master installers remove outdated panels and install structural aluminum framework with hairline seam alignment. Supported by Clopay Avante modern full-view black anodized aluminum frames fitted with frosted tempered glass panels, backed by Access Garage Doors's 10-Year Factory Finish & Workmanship Warranty protecting against UV fading and rust.
Built to withstand an accidental forklift strike crushing bottom sectional panels and ripping vertical tracks off the wall, our commercial division Access Garage Doors replaces bent 3-inch commercial track sections and installs heavy-duty structural steel jamb guard angles using Miller Edge monitored pneumatic and electrical safety sensing edges meeting UL 325 industrial standards. This guarantees backed by Access Garage Doors's Priority Commercial Response Guarantee and comprehensive OSHA safety certifications.
Nothing disrupts home tranquility like worn plastic rollers jumping across track seams and generating violent mechanical shuddering: that is why our technicians laser-align the horizontal tracks to completely eliminate wheel bounce and panel chatter using Dura-Lift Ultra-Quiet 13-ball-bearing sealed nylon rollers rated for 100,000 whisper-silent cycles, delivering a certified 75% acoustic reduction so peaceful that upstairs sleepers never wake.
