"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called Aesthetic Improvement's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in Charleston."
"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called Aesthetic Improvement and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called Aesthetic Improvement and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Charleston."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Charleston
End the anxiety of family members locked outside without keys or waiting for someone to drive home and let them in. our technicians mount wall-side operators, program illuminated wireless keypads, and test battery reserve cells, seamlessly integrating weatherproof backlit exterior digital wireless keypads supporting one-touch temporary guest codes so freeing up massive ceiling overhead space for gym equipment, car storage lifts, or loft storage racks.
By presenting authentic Clopay and Amarr factory-replacement hinges and rollers labeled clearly with part numbers, Aesthetic Improvement explains the mechanical root cause clearly with photos and physical measurements so you see the proof. This protects you from aggressive technicians using fear-mongering tactics to push unneeded motor replacements for a worn $15 gear, ensuring proving that honest communication, reasonable flat rates, and old-fashioned integrity still exist in home repair.
Rather than tolerating undersized counterbalance systems placing severe mechanical strain on your expensive opener motor, our master technicians micrometer-measure wire gauge, calculate exact IPPT torque ratios, and custom-wind new coils. Centered on Amarr Super-Duty commercial end hinges and high-tensile structural horizontal angle bracing, backed by our written Craftsmanship Certification and documented on-site balance test.
Showcasing C.H.I. Overhead Doors Sterling Series frameless glass-faced panels with zero visible external fastener seams, Aesthetic Improvement measures precision jamb reveals, custom-engineers track radiuses, and presents tailored design renderings. This completely replaces a plain utilitarian garage facade occupying 40% of your home's front view without making a statement, ensuring ensuring every window lite, seam, and decorative hinge is aligned with millimeter perfection.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties: that is why our industrial technicians install high-lift track modifications to clear forklift overhead mast clearance with DoorKing (DKS) multi-tenant cellular cloud access controllers and in-ground vehicle magnetic loop detectors, keeping Charleston businesses operating smoothly with 24/7 dedicated commercial priority dispatch.
