"Our facility warehouse roll-up door was binding at top clearance and stalling the motor. Dan's Garage Door Repair Services dispatched a commercial service team within an hour. They serviced the counter-balance springs, tightened the guide tracks, and adjusted the limit switches. Reliable, licensed pros who know commercial overhead hardware thoroughly."
"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called Dan's Garage Door Repair Services's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in Burien."
"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called Dan's Garage Door Repair Services and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."

Engineered to eliminate cheap stamped-sheet metal hinges fatiguing and causing your overhead panels to shudder and groan, our master mechanics Dan's Garage Door Repair Services re-engineers the door counterbalance geometry to exceed commercial 30,000-cycle standards. By integrating C.H.I. Overhead Doors 3-layer steel insulated sandwich panels with tongue-and-groove joint seals, you enjoy providing Burien property owners with true commercial-grade durability right in their residential garage.
When tired, yellowing sectional panels that make an otherwise beautiful home look dated from the curb detracts from your property value, our architectural specialists install deep-embossed steel carriage collections with precision perimeter weather seals. Supported by Amarr Carriage Court steel overlay doors with custom cross-buck decorative wrought-iron magnetic hardware, delivering an outstanding 102% cost-to-value return that dramatically elevates property appraisals.
By deploying DoorKing (DKS) multi-tenant cellular cloud access controllers and in-ground vehicle magnetic loop detectors, Dan's Garage Door Repair Services conducts certified NFPA 80 rolling fire door drop tests and certifies governor release mechanisms. We permanently eliminate an accidental forklift strike crushing bottom sectional panels and ripping vertical tracks off the wall, backed by Dan's Garage Door Repair Services's Priority Commercial Response Guarantee and comprehensive OSHA safety certifications.
Nothing disrupts home tranquility like worn plastic rollers jumping across track seams and generating violent mechanical shuddering: that is why our technicians laser-align the horizontal tracks to completely eliminate wheel bounce and panel chatter using Dura-Lift Ultra-Quiet 13-ball-bearing sealed nylon rollers rated for 100,000 whisper-silent cycles, ensuring smooth, silent morning commutes without disturbing family members or next-door neighbors.
Protecting your home begins when Dan's Garage Door Repair Services precision-fits dual-fin vinyl perimeter door stop moldings to compress tightly against exterior jambs. By eliminating scorching summer heat turning your attached garage and laundry room into an unbearable 110-degree oven in Burien using C.H.I. Overhead Doors 2-inch polyurethane-injected sandwich panels with interlocking tongue-and-groove joints, keeping floors pleasantly warm in rooms upstairs and shielding interior living spaces from outdoor extremes.
