"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but Door Fellas was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from Door Fellas walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through Door Fellas. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in New Orleans
Ethical home service starts when our technicians provide digital line-item quotes with clear Good/Better/Best options before turning a single wrench. We eliminate contractors quoting low over the phone only to double the price once your car is already trapped with authentic Clopay and Amarr factory-replacement hinges and rollers labeled clearly with part numbers, giving you absolute pricing peace of mind: the exact quote you approve is the exact total on your invoice.
Rather than tolerating thin-walled hollow torsion shafts flexing under load and throwing drums out of true alignment, Door Fellas precision-aligns the center bearing plates and balances door mass down to a single pound of resistance. Centered on Amarr Super-Duty commercial end hinges and high-tensile structural horizontal angle bracing, providing New Orleans property owners with true commercial-grade durability right in their residential garage.
Elevating curb appeal begins when our team coordinates bespoke glass glazing opacities and factory powder-coat finishes to match exterior trim. By banishing tired, yellowing sectional panels that make an otherwise beautiful home look dated from the curb through C.H.I. Overhead Doors Sterling Series frameless glass-faced panels with zero visible external fastener seams, ensuring every window lite, seam, and decorative hinge is aligned with millimeter perfection.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever an accidental forklift strike crushing bottom sectional panels and ripping vertical tracks off the wall: that is why Door Fellas conducts certified NFPA 80 rolling fire door drop tests and certifies governor release mechanisms with break-away impact bottom dock sections designed to flex and reset upon forklift collision, protecting your commercial perimeter with tamper-resistant security hardware built like a vault.
By integrating industrial neoprene vibration-dampening isolation mounts and composite acoustic hinge sleeves, our crew applies specialized clean silicone-polymer compounds to all pivot sleeves and bearing races. This permanently dampens worn plastic rollers jumping across track seams and generating violent mechanical shuddering, giving your home the premium, luxurious acoustic feel of a modern European luxury estate.
