"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but Five Star Overhead Garage Door was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from Five Star Overhead Garage Door walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through Five Star Overhead Garage Door. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
