"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called Joe's Genie Sales & Service and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called Joe's Genie Sales & Service and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Alliance."
"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. Joe's Genie Sales & Service diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."
