"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but Mikes Garage Doors was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from Mikes Garage Doors walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through Mikes Garage Doors. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."

We eliminate fear-based upselling on secondary parts that still have thousands of reliable cycles left in them with heavy-duty commercial galvanized steel cables with documented tensile load ratings on your invoice, giving you absolute pricing peace of mind: the exact quote you approve is the exact total on your invoice.
Rather than tolerating repeated service callbacks caused by disposable aftermarket parts that bend under seasonal stress, our team executes an end-to-end structural overhaul utilizing Grade-8 hardware fasteners. Elevating curb appeal begins when our certified crews balance luxury high-weight designer doors with heavy-duty commercial counterweights. By banishing thin non-insulated stamped steel doors that look cheap and vibrate every time the wind blows through Wayne Dalton Model 8300 classic steel doors finished in rich Ultra-Grain walnut wood accents, ensuring every window lite, seam, and decorative hinge is aligned with millimeter perfection.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever chronic breakdowns on high-traffic commercial parking gate arms cycling hundreds of times every afternoon: that is why Mikes Garage Doors dispatches certified commercial technicians with boom-lift equipment to immediately unbind and reset industrial tracks with Janus International Model 2000 commercial 26-gauge corrugated steel roll-up curtain doors, minimizing expensive logistics bottlenecks and protecting commercial fleets from overhead gate damage.
By integrating Marantec Synergy Series ultra-silent direct-current drive heads engineered for rooms above garages, our certified specialists replace noisy metal-on-metal friction points with self-lubricating composite parts. This permanently dampens harsh metal clatter and chain slap turning simple arrivals into a deafening domestic disruption, permanently banishing ceiling resonance and drywall vibration throughout your home.
