"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called R and S Garage Doors and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called R and S Garage Doors and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Kellyville."
"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. R and S Garage Doors diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Kellyville
By presenting American-made torsion hardware packages with published flat-rate replacement pricing, our technicians provide digital line-item quotes with clear Good/Better/Best options before turning a single wrench. This protects you from unlicensed handymen installing cheap counterfeit hardware without any manufacturer part warranties, ensuring giving you complete control of your home budget with zero buyer's remorse and full pricing clarity.
Rather than tolerating thin-walled hollow torsion shafts flexing under load and throwing drums out of true alignment, R and S Garage Doors strips away weak factory hardware and rebuilds the lifting assembly to commercial specifications. Centered on solid 1-inch keyed cold-rolled steel torsion shafts supported by sealed radial industrial bearings, dramatically extending the lifespan of your opener motor by eliminating deadweight drag.
Showcasing Haas American Tradition Series insulated carriage collections featuring vintage hand-forged clavos and handles, our certified crews balance luxury high-weight designer doors with heavy-duty commercial counterweights. This completely replaces desiring the clean, sleek lines of contemporary architecture instead of cookie-cutter contractor designs, ensuring providing durable, maintenance-free exterior beauty that withstands harsh weather without fading or warping.
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever a burned-out commercial jackshaft operator stranding your commercial delivery fleet inside the facility: that is why R and S Garage Doors wires 10k monitored safety sensing edges and integrates cellular telephone entry intercoms with LiftMaster Logic 5.0 industrial continuous-duty jackshaft operators with electric solenoid brakes, restoring full freight dock velocity and warehouse logistics throughput with zero lingering downtime.
Acoustically engineered around Chamberlain Whisper Drive steel-reinforced elastomer belts and rubber-cushioned bearing plates, our crew applies specialized clean silicone-polymer compounds to all pivot sleeves and bearing races. This puts an end to loose motor brackets transmitting harsh motor hum directly into upstairs living quarters, so backed by R and S Garage Doors's Whisper-Quiet Sound Guarantee: if it squeals or rattles, we re-tune it free.
