"The door was making violent rattling noises every time it opened. Bauer Doors diagnosed worn-out steel rollers and misaligned track brackets. Upgraded us to 13-ball sealed nylon rollers and did a full 25-point safety inspection and lubrication. The door now glides up and down so quietly you can barely hear it inside the house. Honest, punctual, and top craftsmanship."
"Accidentally backed into the bottom panel while in a rush and bent the vertical track outward. Feared we would need an entire replacement door, but Bauer Doors was honest and showed how reinforcing the bottom strut and straightening the guide rails would restore full function safely. Saved us over $1,200 compared to other quotes. True integrity."
"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from Bauer Doors walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Montvale
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties: that is why our commercial division retrofits continuous-duty 3-phase jackshaft operators and re-tensions barrel springs with CornellCookson rolling steel fire doors featuring automatic fusible-link thermal drop release governors, protecting your commercial perimeter with tamper-resistant security hardware built like a vault.
By integrating Genie SilentMax 1200 high-density steel-reinforced Kevlar belt drives featuring soft-start/stop logic, Bauer Doors installs neoprene acoustic dampening pads between ceiling framing and opener support brackets. This permanently dampens an old chain-drive opener vibrating ceiling joists like a freight train every time someone comes home, giving your home the premium, luxurious acoustic feel of a modern European luxury estate.
When daylight visibly streaming through perimeter gaps where warped vinyl trim fails to seal against jambs drives your energy bills skyward, our technicians install heavy PVC floor threshold barriers that channel water away from concrete depressions. With Haas Door 2-inch dense polyurethane sandwich panels achieving a high-performance R-17.66 insulation rating, keeping floors pleasantly warm in rooms upstairs and shielding interior living spaces from outdoor extremes.
Restoring rapid vehicle access starts when our certified crew Bauer Doors clamps spring torque, re-spools slipped aircraft cables, and trues the horizontal track plane. By eliminating a loud metallic boom echoes through your home as a snapped torsion spring locks your garage completely shut with solid cold-rolled 1-inch keyed steel torsion shafts and precision Apco cast-aluminum drums, leaving your garage door cycling with whisper-smooth reliability before our truck leaves your driveway.
If you have ever worried about family members locked outside without keys or waiting for someone to drive home and let them in, our crew sets up live 1080p video streaming, two-way audio communication, and geo-fenced auto-close triggers. Backed by direct-drive DC motors engineered with ultra-smooth soft-start and soft-stop electronic ramp control, ensuring packages are safely deposited inside your closed garage, completely safe from porch thieves.
