"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called D &P Overhead Doors's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. "Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called D &P Overhead Doors and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
