"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in Urbana."
"Our door kept stopping and reversing whenever it got about two feet from the ground. Called George Malloch Company and their technician arrived the same afternoon. Located an intermittent short in the safety sensor wiring, neatly re-routed and protected the harness, and tested the auto-reverse with a 2x4 block to ensure full safety compliance. Fair pricing and friendly service."
"Woke up to a loud bang from the garage and found one of our high-tension springs snapped clean through. Car was trapped inside and I needed to get to work. Called George Malloch Company and their technician arrived in 35 minutes with fully stocked high-cycle oil-tempered springs on the truck. Quoted me a fair upfront price with zero surprise charges. Door was balanced, lubed, and running whisper-quiet in under an hour. Outstanding local service in Urbana."
