Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
"Our facility warehouse roll-up door was binding at top clearance and stalling the motor. J & S Garage Doors dispatched a commercial service team within an hour. They serviced the counter-balance springs, tightened the guide tracks, and adjusted the limit switches. Reliable, licensed pros who know commercial overhead hardware thoroughly."
"The garage door jumped its track and was hanging crooked at a terrifying angle with cables tangled on the drum. Called J & S Garage Doors's emergency dispatch and someone was at our driveway in 45 minutes. The tech secured the door safely, replaced the frayed aircraft cables with 7x19 galvanized line, and realigned the vertical rails. Highly recommended for emergency repairs in North York."

If you have been frustrated by fear-based upselling on secondary parts that still have thousands of reliable cycles left in them, our certified specialists walk you through every dollar on your estimate without technical jargon or pressure using heavy-duty commercial galvanized steel cables with documented tensile load ratings on your invoice, ensuring you never pay a single dime in surprise travel fees, diagnostic traps, or evening surcharges.
Permanent reliability begins when J & S Garage Doors strips away weak factory hardware and rebuilds the lifting assembly to commercial specifications. This completely resolves unsealed steel bearings wearing oval holes into your end plates and causing chronic binding through ASTM A229 oil-tempered continuous-wire torsion springs rated for 30,000 to 50,000 operational cycles, permanently insulating your North York home from unexpected garage breakdowns and repeat repair bills.
When thin non-insulated stamped steel doors that look cheap and vibrate every time the wind blows detracts from your property value, our master installers remove outdated panels and install structural aluminum framework with hairline seam alignment. Supported by Clopay Coachman 4-layer carriage house doors with high-definition composite overlays and arched windows, turning 40% of your home's exterior into a breathtaking visual centerpiece that sparks neighborhood envy.
Built to withstand chronic breakdowns on high-traffic commercial parking gate arms cycling hundreds of times every afternoon, our commercial division J & S Garage Doors replaces bent 3-inch commercial track sections and installs heavy-duty structural steel jamb guard angles using Janus International Model 2000 commercial 26-gauge corrugated steel roll-up curtain doors. This guarantees restoring full freight dock velocity and warehouse logistics throughput with zero lingering downtime.
