"Our old chain-drive opener was grinding horribly and finally gave out on a Saturday. The technician from K&G Installers walked me through replacement options clearly without any high-pressure upselling. Installed a belt-drive smart opener with battery backup and camera. Programmed both vehicle remotes and helped us configure the smartphone app before leaving. Extremely professional and clean work."
"We replaced our outdated builder-grade doors with a new R-16 insulated carriage house door through K&G Installers. From initial measurement to final installation, the entire team was communicative, tidy, and punctual. The crew removed and hauled away our old heavy door and completed the job ahead of schedule. Noticeable temperature improvement in the garage immediately."
"Our facility warehouse roll-up door was binding at top clearance and stalling the motor. K&G Installers dispatched a commercial service team within an hour. They serviced the counter-balance springs, tightened the guide tracks, and adjusted the limit switches. Reliable, licensed pros who know commercial overhead hardware thoroughly."
🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Lawton
Industrial continuity is threatened whenever failing an annual NFPA 80 fire door drop-test inspection and facing urgent municipal shutdown penalties: that is why our commercial division retrofits continuous-duty 3-phase jackshaft operators and re-tensions barrel springs with Janus International Model 2000 commercial 26-gauge corrugated steel roll-up curtain doors, providing full regulatory compliance with local fire marshal and municipal commercial building codes.
By integrating Marantec Synergy Series ultra-silent direct-current drive heads engineered for rooms above garages, K&G Installers installs neoprene acoustic dampening pads between ceiling framing and opener support brackets. This permanently dampens an old chain-drive opener vibrating ceiling joists like a freight train every time someone comes home, transforming your garage into a calm, vibration-free environment operating in near-total silence.
When daylight visibly streaming through perimeter gaps where warped vinyl trim fails to seal against jambs drives your energy bills skyward, our technicians install heavy PVC floor threshold barriers that channel water away from concrete depressions. With Clopay Intellicore R-18.4 injected closed-cell polyurethane foam cores with continuous thermal breaks, turning your drafty garage into a comfortable, conditioned 4-season workshop or fitness room.
Restoring rapid vehicle access starts when our certified crew K&G Installers clamps spring torque, re-spools slipped aircraft cables, and trues the horizontal track plane. By eliminating a loud metallic boom echoes through your home as a snapped torsion spring locks your garage completely shut with Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster-to-standard torsion conversion kits carried in mobile stock, backed by K&G Installers's Same-Day Done-or-Free arrival commitment and a 1-year emergency warranty.
If you have ever worried about family members locked outside without keys or waiting for someone to drive home and let them in, our crew sets up live 1080p video streaming, two-way audio communication, and geo-fenced auto-close triggers. Backed by LiftMaster 98022 space-saving wall-mount jackshaft drives with automatic power deadbolt track locks, allowing you to open, close, and monitor your garage from anywhere in the world right on your phone.
