🔧 Core Services & Capabilities in Lexington
Permanent reliability begins when True Southern Garage Doors precision-aligns the center bearing plates and balances door mass down to a single pound of resistance. This completely resolves thin-walled hollow torsion shafts flexing under load and throwing drums out of true alignment through ASTM A229 oil-tempered continuous-wire torsion springs rated for 30,000 to 50,000 operational cycles, dramatically extending the lifespan of your opener motor by eliminating deadweight drag.
When desiring the clean, sleek lines of contemporary architecture instead of cookie-cutter contractor designs detracts from your property value, our team coordinates bespoke glass glazing opacities and factory powder-coat finishes to match exterior trim. Supported by Clopay Coachman 4-layer carriage house doors with high-definition composite overlays and arched windows, creating an unforgettable first impression every single time you pull into your Lexington driveway.
Built to withstand a burned-out commercial jackshaft operator stranding your commercial delivery fleet inside the facility, our commercial division True Southern Garage Doors conducts certified NFPA 80 rolling fire door drop tests and certifies governor release mechanisms using LiftMaster Logic 5.0 industrial continuous-duty jackshaft operators with electric solenoid brakes. This guarantees providing full regulatory compliance with local fire marshal and municipal commercial building codes.
Nothing disrupts home tranquility like loose motor brackets transmitting harsh motor hum directly into upstairs living quarters: that is why our crew applies specialized clean silicone-polymer compounds to all pivot sleeves and bearing races using Chamberlain Whisper Drive steel-reinforced elastomer belts and rubber-cushioned bearing plates, transforming your garage into a calm, vibration-free environment operating in near-total silence.
Utilizing Wayne Dalton TruChoice Model 8300 steel insulated panels delivering exceptional R-16.22 efficiency, True Southern Garage Doors calibrates track setback tolerances to compress weather seals firmly without binding the drive motor. This permanently seals off wind-driven rain, dirt, leaves, and pests blowing right beneath rotted, flattened rubber bottom seals, so turning your drafty garage into a comfortable, conditioned 4-season workshop or fitness room.
